April was knowledgeable about the real-estate market and provided guidance throughout the process. When necessary, April located contractors at a reasonable cost and arranged to have the work completed in a timely manner. April orchestrated open houses and followed up with realtors who showed the house. April worked hard negotiating with the buyers to make the transaction a fair and smooth process. Once the houses were listed it only took a couple of months before each sold. I found April professional, supportive and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend her and the team she works with to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
